  •  New Subscriptions: Customers continued to subscribe to FusionOps in record numbers. Bookings from new customers surged by 560% during the third quarter; setting the record for highest bookings from new customers in FusionOps’ history.
  • Total Orders: Total Orders (renewal and new business) also achieved record numbers in the third quarter – more than 2x compared to the same period last year.
  • User Growth: User adoption of the FusionOps solution soared with 70% growth in active customers.
  • Customer Retention: FusionOps customer continued to renew and increase their subscription with the SaaS company as experienced 100% customer retention in Q3.

Innovation and Growth

  • New Predictive Analytics: FusionOps introduced predictive analytics which embeds advanced data science based on the most advanced statistical models and machine learning techniques.
